Factoring for Construction Companies . . . . . .
FACTORING FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANIESxxxxxxx
Fact:  Construction Factoring is often times difficult to acquire.

The problem is: IF your company has to be Bonded. The Bond Company WILL NOT allow you to assign your Receivables over to the Lender.  AND, the Lender WON'T Fund your Invoices unless they have a legal assignment of the Invoices.

Possible Solution: If you qualify for a Set Aside Contract with the US Government, you may be able to qualify for Construction Factoring.

The second major concern is:  The best Lenders have strict procedures, example:  One of our best Lenders requires that the Construction company bill over $20,000 per month and require that at least 50% of the billing be with a different vendor.

Sub-Contractors:  The same applies if the General Contractor is Bonded.  However, if your billing to the General Contractor does not fall under the Bonded Construction work and you Invoice at least $20,000 a month, we may be  able to help you factor your Invoices.
